Bilborough Arts aims to bring people together to celebrate our community through creativity. The first Bilborough Arts Festival took place in 2016 with an exhibition of artwork by GCSE students from NUSA in Bilborough Library. Since then, we've organised an annual festival (except 2020 and 2024) with a family fun day to kick off the festival in and around Bilborough Library, and a week of workshops, events, walks, talks and performances.

We are proud that the Festival encourages and nurtures local people to exhibit their art – showing amateur and professional artists side by side. 

 

In 2025, a new group of volunteers are organising the festival with as much community involvement as possible!
